Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required standards and expectations. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the project by implementing effective management strategies and practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile project management methodologies. - Strong understanding of project scheduling and resource allocation. - Ability to utilize project management software for tracking and reporting. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
