Designation :-

Project Consultant



Qualification : CA / ICWA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

1. Expertise in preparation of financial models (Green field, brown field,

restructuring projects)

2. Expertise in balance sheet analysis.

3. Experience in project appraisal notes.

4. Basic knowledge of Bank credit, risk evaluation & sanctioning activities.

5. Experience - Min. 5 years - exposure with CA firms / Syndication / consultancy

firms / financial consultancy firms / Banks (Corporate banking) / NBFC's or

finance side of mid-size manufacturing companies.

6. Knowledge of TEV & LIE reports.

7. Knowledge of RBI guidelines related to lending.

- Financial analysis-BFS:



? BFS offers various services relating to banking and other sectors such as -

o Appraisal / Techno Economic Viability (TEV) Study

o Loan Syndication

o Lender Independent Engineer's Services - End use Certification for bank /

Lenders.

o Detailed Project Report

o Debt Restructuring - Rescheduling existing liabilities in case of strained

liquidity.

o Due diligence - Technical / Financial

? Preparation / evaluation of financial model needed based on activity and industry.

? Assessing the technical inputs received with the help of domain expert.

? Assessing the reasonability of financial assumptions related to project cost,

quantities, capacity utilisation, rates etc.

? Verifying the financials furnished by the applicant.

? Independent analysis of projected financials, their reasonability.

? Creating independent financial model based on nature of work and industry.

? Calculation of various accounting ratios required by bankers. Interpretation on

the same and justification with comments thereon.

? Drafting the TEV / LIE report, especially the financial chapter as needed for the

report.

? Giving financial inputs needed for compilation and completion of the report.

? Visiting the units / offices of client

? Attending meetings with client/ bankers/ client consultants etc.

? Understanding of the debt restructuring guidelines with experience of handling

stressed assets and restructuring would have an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
