Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager/consultant with a strong background in architecture and interior design, and 2- 4 years of experience managing design projects from concept to completion. This role demands excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure project timelines are met, and deliver high-quality design outcomes aligned with client expectations and regulatory standards.

Additional Responsibilities

? Facilitate internal and client meetings, preparing agendas and minutes where necessary.

? Identify areas of improvement in client service processes and implement solutions.

? Act as a bridge between the client's vision and the execution teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

? Track client feedback and ensure it is communicated effectively to the relevant teams

? Assist in coordinating client presentations or walkthroughs, ensuring all relevant information is prepared.

? Provide guidance to the facade design team on client preferences and project priorities, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

? Coordinate and prepare material sample boards for the Interior Design (ID) team to present options to clients effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) or bachelor's degree.

Minimum of 2- 4 years of experience in architectural and interior project delivery.

Experience leading teams and managing clients in a dynamic, fast-paced design environment.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
