The Project Consultant will oversee and guide multiple architecture and interior design projects from concept to completion. The role involves coordinating with clients, design teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects meet design intent, quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between the client and the design/execution team.
Review project requirements and develop effective strategies for execution.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural and MEP consultants.
Monitor project progress and resolve on-site or coordination issues.
Prepare project reports, schedules, and presentations for client meetings.
Support the design team in maintaining design quality through all project stages.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture / interior design / civil engineering.
2-4 years of experience in project management or consulting within the architecture/interior design sector.
Strong understanding of design processes, detailing, and construction workflows.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in client handling and design coordination.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Team-oriented mindset with leadership qualities.
