Job Description

:

The main duties and responsibilities of the Project Consultant includes Achievement

of Sales Goals as assigned to him, developing exclusive relationships with Architects,

Planners and Fire consultants in order to generate project leads and create

awareness for GEZE products and solutions in the context of project specification,

different building applications and the Indian regulatory environment.

By regularly interacting with the different building planning bodies, new strategic

business and project opportunities shall be developed

The role will include:

Achievement of Sales Target.

Meeting with architects, consultants and faade engineers for specification

business (priority building types are Government Projects, IT, ITES,

Hospitality, Institution, Infrastructure and healthcare)

Preparation of project specific tender and specification texts, project

management and project follow up

Identification and relationship mapping of Top Architects and consultants

Identification and mapping of new projects in early planning stage

Making sure that all tasks and responsibilities in a construction project are

pursued. And ensure a holistic project follow-up.

Maintain database of project leads and architect contacts with all project and

customer relevant figures, information and data

Meeting with fire consultants and related planners for specification and

awareness regarding smoke and heat ventilation systems

Meeting with window fabricators & promotion of window opening devices

Analysing and researching of current trends and developments regarding the

National Building Code and other regulatory directives

Continuous market-/ competitor monitoring and competitors product analysis
