Job Description

Coordinate with the Client's appointed MEP design consultant, Contractors and

vendors to facilitate the smooth and timely execution of the works.

Monitor the performance of Consultant, Technical site supervisor and Contractor in

the performance of their duties and discharge of their responsibility.

Preparation of Material Inspection report. Convene and chair all principal Meeting and recording. Monitor the project with respect to BOQ, Design Approval, NT items, Variation report. Monitor the Project progress as per the schedule and preparation of the mitigation

plan for the delayed schedule works.

Preparing the schedule for the Testing and Commissioning schedule for all the MEP

assets.
