Job Description

Responsible for complete project execution, commissioning, and handover to operations within budgeted cost, time, and quality standards. Ensure zero accidents, 100% compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

:


Optimize project construction plans to meet contractual obligations, budget, and timelines. Identify and mitigate execution risks; ensure effective planning and implementation. Manage customer relationships and ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality Assurance, and statutory requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SCM, Engineering, QHSE, Finance, etc.) for seamless execution. Drive operational efficiency through cost optimization and reduced cycle time. Oversee vendor management, ensuring timely completion, certification, and payment processes. Supervise staff, provide training, and control COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality). Conduct regular reviews with HoDs, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate issues when required. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Drive employee engagement, development, and performance monitoring. Monitor construction resources (civil, electrical, mechanical) and ensure proper documentation. Manage return of plant materials and assets to stores post-completion.

Strong experience in project construction management within large-scale industrial/renewable projects. Proven expertise in HSE, quality, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement. * Leadership skills with focus on efficiency, compliance, and team development.
