AI-based industrial safety systems
at live factory sites (robots, palletizers, warehouses). The product is built. Customers are real.
The founder is currently handling:
Product
Tech
Installations
Client coordination
Payments
Quotation & Pricing
Commercials negotiation
This role exists to
take installations, site coordination, negotiations, and payment follow-ups off the founder's plate
.
What you will OWN (not assist) :-
1. Site Delivery & Installations
Coordinate with plant teams, electricians, IT, integrators
Ensure installation is completed as per scope
Handle on-site resistance, delays, and confusion
Close punch points and get formal acceptance
You are the point person.
No "please ask the founder".
2?. Commercial Closure & Payment Release
Ensure milestone-based billing is followed
Push for:
Advance
Delivery payment
Post-install payment
Follow up with finance teams until money is credited
This role is measured on
cash collected
, not promises.
3?. Negotiation & Scope Control
Push back on scope creep
Prevent "small free requests" from becoming unpaid work
Protect margins and timelines
You are allowed to be firm.
This role needs a backbone.
4?. Client Handling (Authority Role)
Represent the company confidently in factories
Handle uncomfortable conversations
Escalate only real issues to the founder
You carry authority on-site.
What this role is NOT
Not a desk sales role
Not lead generation
Not PowerPoint pitching
Not a junior coordination role
Ideal Background
35-50 years
Experience in: Automation projects, Factory installations, EPC / system integration
Comfortable dealing with: Plant heads, Maintenance teams, Finance & procurement
If you've chased payments before, you'll do well here.
Compensation Structure :-
3-5% commission on revenue actually collected
Paid only after money hits bank account
Performance Upside
Faster payment closures ? higher effective earnings
Clean installs with no escalation ? repeat work
No fixed salary initially.
High autonomy, high upside.

Retainer + commission
