Join our dynamic team as a Project Coordinator and play a key role in steering projects from conception to successful completion!
Responsibilities
Organize and monitor project schedules, resources, milestones, and deliverables to keep things running smoothly.
Liaise with team members, clients, and external partners to ensure goals, requirements, and timelines are clear and achievable.
Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation, action plans, budgets, and reports for leadership and clients.
Facilitate meetings, track issues, escalate blockers, and communicate updates across all parties.
Assist project managers in planning, risk assessment, and problem-solving.
Support resource allocation, ensure quality standards, and help deliver innovative results within deadlines.

Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking talents.
Experience in coordinating teams and managing administrative processes.
Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in project coordination or team support is a plus.
