Project Coordination and Management:
Understand Project Needs: Collaborate closely with interior designers, project managers, and clients to understand their specific material and product requirements, design specifications, and budget constraints for each project.
Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement plans for each project, outlining timelines, budgets, and sourcing strategies.
Order Processing: Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently, ensuring all specifications and terms are clearly documented.
Track and Monitor Orders: Track orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely arrival and coordinating with logistics teams, contractors, and storage facilities for seamless execution and installation.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and purchase needs, especially for commonly used or high-volume items, to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Budget Management: Create and monitor project budgets related to procurement, ensuring all purchases remain within allocated funds. Provide regular financial updates to project teams and senior leadership.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all procured materials and products meet the required quality standards and design specifications. Conduct quality checks as needed.
Snagging and Close-out: Assist in the close-out of projects, including managing snagging issues and reconciling budgets
