- Responsible for handling in MEP construction field.
- Prepare and issue accurate billing statements based on project milestones and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project deliverables for timely invoicing.
- Manage the invoice lifecycle, from preparation to submission and follow-up on payments.
- Track accounts receivable and resolve any discrepancies with clients regarding billing issues.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all billing-related documents, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
- Document project variations and ensure proper approval is obtained for additional work.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to gather necessary information for accurate billing.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries, providing clear explanations and resolving issues.
- Assist in preparing financial reports to track project costs, profitability, and budget adherence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in billing practices.
- Conduct audits of billing records to maintain accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
