Has strong Interpersonal, communication, written and spoken English Is enthusiastic, imaginative and forward thinking Can inspire, motivate and engage children to achieve and succeed Is able to form positive relationship with Children, staff and parents About the role: Teaching: Good command of the English language (as a medium of communication) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative and energetic Technology inclined and computer literate (Operating systems (Windows, macOS & Linux) / Office suites (G Suite) / Presentation software (PowerPoint) / Spreadsheets (Google Spreadsheets) / Communication and collaboration tools (Google Meet, Skype, Zoom)) Good at written communication High implementation capability General role description (Academics): Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning. Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning. Create educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.) Assess and record students\' progress and provide grades and feedback. Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings. Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events. Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences etc Organization, Strategy and Development Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of the school\'s policies, practices and procedures, to support the school\'s values and vision Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school Work with other teaching staff on curriculum and students development to secure co-ordinated outcomes Play the role of substitute teachers in an unforeseen circumstances that another teacher is unable to teach.
