Designation: Project Back Office Executive - Vadodara

Experience: 1-3 years in project coordination or back office (preferably in engineering, infrastructure, or construction sector)

Project: Fire Hydrant Project

o Responsibilities:

To Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Team

Maintain all project-related records, reports, and trackers Assist in preparation of project schedules, material follow-ups, and documentation Coordinate between site and head office for approvals and updates Maintain project correspondence and filing system Support in preparing billing documents and vendor coordination SO (Sales Order) generation in SAP system Update collection and sales plan every month

Requirements:

Basic understanding of project workflows and mechanical drawings Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred) Record-keeping, MIS, and administrative process knowledge

Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
