Job Summary

The Project Associate supports project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The role involves close collaboration with project managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate tasks, manage documentation, and support administrative and operational functions.

Duties

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and scheduling project activities and timelines. Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Maintain project documentation, reports, and
presentations.

Prepare progress reports, meeting notes, and status updates. Support risk and issue tracking and help implement mitigation plans. Use project management tools/software for monitoring and reporting. Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Assist with budget tracking and resource management. Provide logistical support for meetings, workshops, and events.

Requirements

Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field. o 0-3 years of experience in a project coordination or support role. o Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools. o Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
