Job Profile


Isolate, culture, and maintain diverse microbial strains from soil and plant sources Optimize growth and culture conditions through microscopy, growth curves and related parameters Conduct identification of microbial strains through microscopic and molecular studies Document findings, maintain laboratory records, and prepare technical reports and scientific publications. Highly motivated, solution-oriented, and should be able to work in a multidisciplinary team Ensure compliance with biosafety and laboratory protocols

Experience


1 - 3 Years


Qualification


Masters in Microbiology- Biotechnology- Life Sciences- or related field.


- National eligibility tests such as CSIR-NET- GATE or National level examination conducted by central government departments and their agencies such as DST- DBT- etc.


Skills


- Hands-on experience in microbial isolation- culturing- and metabolite screening


- Strong data analysis- troubleshooting- and scientific writing skills


Ability to work independently and in collaborative research environments
