We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Associate to join our program implementation team. In this role, you will provide critical support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of our community-driven initiatives. You will act as a bridge between field operations and management, ensuring that project milestones are met, data is accurately tracked, and stakeholder relationships are nurtured.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Support the Project Manager in developing work plans, timelines, and resource schedules for ongoing initiatives.
Field Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to assess program quality and provide hands-on support to community organisers and volunteers.
Data & Reporting: Collect qualitative and quantitative data from the field; maintain project databases and assist in drafting monthly progress reports for donors.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication between the NGO, local government bodies, and community leaders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Administrative Support: Manage project documentation, track expenditures against budgets, and organize workshops or community events.
Problem Solving: Identify operational risks or bottlenecks in the field and collaborate with the team to implement immediate solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Experience in the development sector or project management is an plus( not mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Willingness to travel to rural or semi-urban project sites up to 40% of the time.
