The Senior Project Associate - CSR Programs will support and manage the implementation of multi-thematic CSR projects across
livelihoods, environment, education, healthcare, waste management, and water
. The role requires strong field orientation, stakeholder coordination, team supervision, and operational execution. The position involves extensive travel and close engagement with government bodies, community institutions, and implementation partners.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Program Coordination & Implementation
Oversee end-to-end implementation of CSR projects across multiple thematic areas.
Coordinate with internal teams, field staff, and partner organizations to ensure smooth and timely execution of programs.
Support planning, scheduling, and monitoring of project activities as per approved work plans.
2. Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain effective relationships with government departments, schools, healthcare institutions, local bodies, NGOs, and community partners.
Organize and participate in review meetings, coordination calls, and site visits with key stakeholders.
3. Communication & Facilitation
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, partners, and beneficiaries.
Facilitate community meetings, training sessions, and awareness workshops at project locations.
4. Capacity Building & Training
Support and lead capacity-building initiatives for field teams and implementation partners.
Conduct or coordinate trainings to ensure quality program delivery and adherence to project standards.
5. Team Handling & Supervision
Supervise, mentor, and support field staff engaged in project execution.
Track team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure alignment with project targets and KPIs.
6. Field Monitoring & Quality Assurance
Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges.
Ensure implementation aligns with project plans, donor requirements, and compliance standards.
7. Operations, Budgeting & Reporting
Support project operations including logistics, vendor coordination, documentation, and basic budgeting.
Track milestones and prepare monthly/quarterly progress reports, case studies, and best practices documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
