About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join us as

Project Associate Interns

. The role offers hands-on experience in project implementation, field coordination, and community engagement. Candidates will have opportunities to participate in field visits, support project documentation, and contribute to day-to-day operations.

Successful interns demonstrating commitment and performance will be considered for a

permanent position

upon completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the project team in planning, coordination, and execution of field activities. Conduct field visits to monitor and support ongoing project initiatives. Collect data, prepare reports, and document field observations. Engage with community members, stakeholders, and local authorities during project activities. Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the project team. Participate in review meetings and contribute to project assessments and evaluations.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

Any degree (UG/PG) or pursuing/completed

MSW

(Master of Social Work) preferred. Freshers or candidates looking to gain hands-on project experience are encouraged to apply. Willingness to travel for field visits as required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
