Qualification Any Bachelor's (mandatory)





Project Coordination & Implementation Identify and map rural communities suitable for project deployment in the zone. Plan, schedule, and supervise field visits, pilot studies, and intervention projects. Ensure alignment of field projects with program goals (education, health, energy, water, sanitation, etc.).



Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with village leaders, NGOs, local government officials, and academic partners. Collaborate with faculty and students from various disciplines.



Logistics & Operations Manage travel, accommodation, safety, and other logistical arrangements for visiting teams. Ensure compliance with university safety and ethical guidelines.



Monitoring & Reporting Maintain documentation and records of activities, impact assessments, and reports. Provide regular updates to the National Coordination Team and Program Office.



Training & Orientation Conduct pre-deployment training and sensitization workshops for participating students and faculty. Support capacity-building initiatives in the communities.
