If you are a young woman with proficiency in Kannada and are excited by adolescent girl empowerment, then we invite you to be part of this team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

To actively engage with schools in Bengaluru, to assist and facilitate the adolescent empowerment curriculum. To build and maintain good rapport with teachers from project schools, follow up with them when necessary. Document learning sessions and events periodically. Plan logistics and strategies with the team. Travel to project locations to participate in project activities.

Required skills, competences and attitudes

:


Proficiency in

Kannada (Speaking and Writing)

Working knowledge of English. Interest in working on gender-related issues and social change. Proficiency in using computers, office suite, and enthusiasm to learn new digital skills. Ability to work with minimum supervision, and be a team player. Willingness to work based on the needs of the project.

Along with the above, preference is given to the following:

If you have Kannada typing knowledge If you belong to marginalised or minority communities.

Remuneration will be in line with prior experience and qualifications.
