Job Description

Conceptual Design:

Leading the development of architectural designs, ensuring they are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet project requirements.

Detailed Design:

Creating detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction.

Sustainable Design:

Incorporating sustainable design practices and green building principles.

Technical Expertise:

Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, building codes, and regulations.

Stakeholder Management:

Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and other team members.

Budget & Schedule Management:

Developing and managing project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Quality Control:

Conducting regular site visits to ensure work is being executed according to architectural plans and specifications.

Drawing Production:

Overseeing the creation of accurate and detailed architectural drawings.

Specification Writing:

Preparing comprehensive specifications for materials, finishes, and construction methods.

Code Compliance:

Ensuring all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations.

Permitting:

Managing the permitting process for construction projects.

Troubleshooting:

Identifying and resolving design and construction issues as they arise.

Creative Solutions:

Developing innovative and elegant design solutions.
