Role Description:

This is a full time on-site for a Project Architect at Rajas Group of Institutions, Vadakkankulam, Tirunelveli District.

We are looking for a passionate Architect with the motivation to learn.

To perform all phases of architectural and interior works including planning, designing, presentations, detail drawings, site visits and material selection.

Role & Responsibilities:

Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design Put together feasibility reports and design proposals and create a scheme keeping in mind the needs, building's usage, and environmental impact under the guidance of the Principal Architect. Coordinate with our Engineering team to prepare an estimate. Produce detailed blueprints for approval and construction phase. Coordinate with vendors and consultants regarding the materials and finishes required for the project and get samples. Keep checking if the project is within budgets and timelines. Make on-site visits to check on project status and produce reports on the project to the management after every visit. Ensure that all works are carried out on-site to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, regulations, and as per our design during the site visits. Follow architectural trends and advancements and be ready to do research on products and materials when required. Keep reporting the progress of each project to the Management daily. Software skills: Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Vray, MS Office. Knowing Vectorworks, Illustrator and Indesign will be added value.
