we are Looking For Interiors and Architectural
work for luxury projects.
Salary - up to 12LPA
Experience - 4 years at least in commercial (not more than 8 years)
Location :- Sector 80, Noida
Gender-specific- role only female candidates shall apply
Candidate should have done interiors and architectural work for luxury projects.
The specific responsibilities of the position holder will be (though not restricted to) the following:
Experience in handling commercial projects (must)
Experience in understanding the basics CAD drawings and layouts
Site Mapping
Create architectural designs based on input and feedback
Adjust contracts and designs to meet the changing needs.
Adhere to all industry standards in design
Communicate with contractors and construction workers to implement designs
Oversee and manage the site staff
Desired Background:
Must have experience in designing luxury resturants/nightclub
5 years experience working in commercial architectural design
Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Design (M.Arch preferred)
Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Person should be a go-getter, energetic, willing to learn and presentable
Ability to multi-task, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Advanced communication skills
Willingness to travel and temp. relocate PAN India on project basis.
Preferred candidates having exposure in high end F&B interior projects (nightclubs)
