Key Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and coordinate architectural drawings and project documentation.
Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for design integration.
Prepare presentations, working drawings, and specifications.
Ensure design compliance with building codes and standards.
Manage project timelines and support site execution teams.
Participate in client meetings and design discussions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
2-5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
Experience in
high-rise residential or commercial projects
preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
