Role Description

As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of architectural projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable architectural designs.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and construction documentation. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs using architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, etc.). Create innovative and functional design solutions aligned with project requirements, budgets, and timelines. Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation, quality control, and compliance with drawings, codes, and regulations. Prepare presentations, mood boards, and client-facing materials to effectively communicate design intent. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain project documentation, including drawings, BOQs, and progress reports. Stay updated on emerging architectural trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. 4-5 years of proven professional experience in architectural design and project coordination. Proficiency in architectural design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render, Photoshop, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of building codes, construction practices, and material specifications. Ability to translate client requirements into innovative, practical, and sustainable design solutions. Excellent visualization and presentation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams. Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
