Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases: concept design, design development, working drawings, approvals, and construction. Develop and present design concepts, drawings to clients. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is met. Review and approve design documentation, working drawings, and construction details. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical/design issues. Mentor junior architects and draftsmen, providing design and technical guidance.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch). Professional license/registration preferred. 5+ years of experience in architecture, with proven project leadership. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software. Strong knowledge of local building codes, bye-laws, and approval processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
