Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end residential projects
(villas, apartments, builder floors)
Develop
concept designs, layouts, and detailed drawings
Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, vendors, and site teams
Conduct client meetings and design presentations
Ensure design intent and quality during execution
Review shop drawings, material selections, and site progress
Manage timelines in coordination with the project manager
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
3-6 years
of relevant residential project experience
Strong planning and detailing skills
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape
Good understanding of materials, finishes, and site execution
Ability to handle projects independently
Preferred Skills
Experience with high-end residential interiors
Good coordination and communication skills
Exposure to site supervision and execution drawings
