We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented

Project Architect

to lead medium to large-scale projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate should bring a strong sense of design, technical rigor, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural projects from conceptualization through construction documentation and execution. Coordinate with design teams, consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. Develop presentation materials, check working drawings, GFCs, and detail documentation. Oversee site implementation to ensure alignment with design and quality benchmarks. Ensure timely delivery of project stages with effective time and resource management. Guide and mentor junior team members in both creative and technical aspects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in design and project management. Strong communication and coordination skills--both visual and verbal. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite. Deep understanding of materials, detailing, and building systems. Experience handling site execution and consultant coordination. A keen design eye and ability to work within luxury design language. Experience Handling Client discussions
