Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

3-4 years of experience in project engineering, proposal preparation, or related roles, ideally within the distillery, beverage, or manufacturing industry.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of distillery processes (fermentation, distillation, filtration, etc.). Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Familiarity with technical documentation, cost estimation, and proposal software. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations applicable to distillery projects.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-solving skills with an analytical approach to challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with proposal writing and cost estimation for distillery or similar projects. Familiarity with procurement processes and contract management. Knowledge of sustainable practices and energy optimization in distillery operations.
