Job Purpose
A Project Engineer in the pharmaceutical industry plays a vital role in bringing complex systems, equipment, and facilities to life, all to ensure safe, effective medicine production. Their purpose blends technical execution, compliance, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Overall adherence to safe working practices and procedures of oneself and the teams assigned.
• Contributing to development of procedures, practices and systems that ensures safe operations and compliance to company's integrity & quality standards.
• Driving a corporate culture that promotes environment, health, safety and Sustainability (EHSS) mindset and operational discipline at the workplace always.
• Ensuring safety of self, teams, and lab/plant by adhering to safety protocols and following environment, health, safety and sustainability (EHSS) requirements always in the workplace.
• Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self.
• Hold self and my team accountable for the achievement of safety goals.
• Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time.
• Adhere to the established procedures and policies of the company.

Educational Qualification:

• B.E mechanical to equivalent.

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Execution of projects, modification and preventive maintenance process equipment and utility equipment's.
• Attend the breakdown and identify the root cause of the problem.
• Planning & execution of all maintenance and validation activities.
• Coordinating and executing work with service contractors for routine and non-routine activities.
• Inventory management.
• Issue of work permits for the plant activities.
• Monitoring of inventories, spares and consumables.
• Verification of the invoice and bills.
• Operation and monitoring of HVAC and BMS.
• Plan and support for executing new proposal requests like modification and new initiatives.
• Clean room equipment handling, preventive maintenance and its documentation.
• Support contract technician and respective team technically when required.

Experience:

• 10-15 years in the relevant regulated environment
