Role Overview:

The Project Analyst will support the project management team in planning, monitoring, and analyzing commercial interior projects from concept through completion. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering design-driven projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, budgeting, and scheduling of interior commercial projects Conduct market and cost research for materials, furnishings, and vendor services Analyze project progress and provide regular reports on timelines, resource allocation, and budgets Support the project manager with document control, including contracts, design specs, and construction drawings Collaborate with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met Monitor risks and provide solutions to avoid cost overruns and delays Create dashboards, Gantt charts, and performance KPIs using Excel, MS Project, or other tools Prepare client reports and presentation materials Participate in on-site visits to gather data and ensure quality standards are maintained

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or analyst roles within interior design, construction, or commercial real estate Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, or Revit is a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of commercial interior project lifecycles and vendor coordination is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with procurement, cost estimation, or vendor management in design/build environments Familiarity with local building codes and permit processes PMP or CAPM certification (optional but desirable)

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
