AGM - Projects
to manage and oversee multiple PEB project sites. The role involves end-to-end project execution, coordination with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee
multiple PEB projects
from planning to completion
Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and execution strategies
Coordinate with
design, detailing, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and erection teams
Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and statutory compliance
Lead and guide project managers, site engineers, and supervisors
Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
Identify risks, resolve execution challenges, and implement corrective actions
Review project MIS, progress reports, and cost controls
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Support billing, certification, and project closure activities
Qualifications & Skills
BE / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
6-10 years of experience in
PEB / steel structure projects
Strong knowledge of PEB design, fabrication, and erection processes
Leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,322.92 - ₹70,000.00 per month
