What You'll Do
Coordinate project plans, timelines and task boards.
Schedule stand-ups, client demos and retrospectives; track deliverables and flag roadblocks.
Serve as first point of contact for client queries and share weekly status reports.
Generate milestone-based invoices (Tally/Zoho Books), send them to clients and follow up on payments.
Reconcile incoming payments with bank/UPI statements and maintain basic bookkeeping records.
Keep contracts, NDAs and project docs organized in Google Drive; manage licenses, tools and office supplies.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or IT.
2+ years' experience in project coordination or office administration at a tech/services firm.
Comfortable with Jira/Trello/ClickUp
