: Project Accountant

Company: Finsen Ritter Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India

Experience: 0-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project accounting in Tally, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Record and maintain project-related financial transactions including expenses, revenues, and assets.

Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

Prepare and analyze MIS reports, cost sheets, and financial summaries using Advanced Excel.

Track project-wise cash flows, invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.

Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams for timely financial updates.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Assist in internal audits and provide necessary financial data for reviews.

Support management in decision-making with accurate project cost and profitability analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

0-5 years of relevant experience in project accounting/finance.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting, etc.).

Knowledge of project accounting principles and financial reporting.

Familiarity with statutory compliances (GST, TDS, etc.) preferred.

Additional Requirements:

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Good communication and coordination skills.
