Schedule and coordinate visits of referring doctors and specialists.
Maintain a database of visiting doctors and their visit feedback.
Facilitate interaction between visiting doctors and hospital consultants.
Ensure hospitality arrangements for visiting doctors (transport, refreshments, etc.).
Share regular updates and service brochures with potential referring doctors.
2. Public Relations & Communication
Act as the official spokesperson for the hospital when needed.
Handle media inquiries, press conferences, and public statements.
Respond to patient queries, grievances, and feedback in a professional manner.
Build relationships with key community stakeholders, NGOs, and corporate clients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Knowledge of healthcare marketing and PR strategies
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing platforms
Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Hospital Administration, or related field
2-5 years of experience in hospital marketing or public relations
Experience in healthcare industry preferred
