to ensure accurate tool setup and part manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities Press & Die Operation
Operate mechanical / hydraulic power presses with
progressive dies
for SS strip stamping.
Load and align stainless steel coils or strips into feeders.
Set, adjust, and remove progressive dies accurately and safely.
Ensure proper strip feeding, progression, and scrap ejection.
Drawing Interpretation & CAD Support
Read and understand
part drawings and die layouts
created in
SolidWorks and AutoCAD
.
Verify dimensions, tolerances, bend allowances, and punch clearances from CAD drawings.
Support tool room and engineering teams in
design verification, die try-out, and modifications
.
