Join Lam as a Project Manager, where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes, develop metrics, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements. Organizing cross-functional project teams, you communicate team progress and survey best practices, showcasing your commitment to operational excellence at Lam.

Job Responsibilities

Create and run pricing review programs including economic order quantities, consignment pricing, and other cost analytics Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives on supply chain cost management data and analytics Diagram and evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for future improvement Deliver presentations and training courses on supply chain cost management programs and findings from analysis Create visualizations to allow the broader supply chain community to track their progress on cost programs Collaborate with various stakeholders inside supply chain as well as across Lam, including organizing, leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams Communicates team progress Other supply chain operational and cost projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree Experience in supply chain, finance, operations, consulting, or other analytical field Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba). Data analytics experience including working knowledge of SQL and Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
