Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making adjustments as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management, Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum. - Experience with project management software tools for planning, tracking, and reporting. - Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
