Summary: Candidature invited for ISS organizationaEUR(TM)s Internal Communications team. The Internal Communications team provides internal marketing and communications support and services to the Infrastructure Shared Services organization. Services include brand compliance consulting, end-to-end communications support, event communication, mailers, videos, Viva Engage posts and campaigns, website design and development. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications Analyst to support the internal communications team. This role will be instrumental in driving change management initiatives, creating compelling content across multiple formats, and managing internal communication channels to enhance employee engagement and alignment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Video & Multimedia Production Script, storyboard, and produce short-form videos (e.g., walkthroughs, success stories, holiday messages). Coordinate with internal teams to gather content. - Content Creation & Editing Develop high-quality written content for newsletters, announcements, and social media campaigns. Create and edit videos, podcasts, and visual assets to support storytelling and engagement. Ensure brand consistency and tone across all communications - Channel Management Manage internal communication platforms including SharePoint, WordPress, Viva Engage, and Teams. Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly. - Campaign Planning & Execution Support end-to-end planning and execution of internal campaigns (e.g., Inclusion & Diversity, Tech Tips, Success Stories). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and align messaging. Promote campaigns via social media-style content and interactive formats. - Change Management Support Partner with program leads to communicate change initiatives effectively. Translate technical updates into employee-friendly narratives. Develop toolkits and guides to support adoption and understanding. Professional & Technical Skills: - Excellent command of written and spoken English, preferably with experience in multinational environment - Strong storytelling and editorial skills. - Proficiency in video creation and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.). - Experience in managing social media-style content. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Good To Have Skills: - Prior experience in change communications or IT communications. - Familiarity with internal communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Viva Engage). Additional Information: - Experience of 2 to 4 years in internal communications, corporate communications, or related fields. - Experience with campaign analytics and engagement tracking. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
