Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Content Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with tools for project tracking and reporting. - Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Content Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
