Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives. You will engage in strategic discussions, assess project progress, and implement necessary adjustments to meet defined targets, ensuring that both business and technology needs are effectively addressed throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Pega Platform, Pega Architecture, Wealth Management Advisory Solutions. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse teams. - Ability to utilize project management tools and methodologies to enhance project delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
