Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Experience with microservices architecture and cloud deployment. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
