Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives. You will engage in strategic discussions, assess project progress, and implement necessary adjustments to meet defined targets, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Architecture and Design, Automation Architecture. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies. - Proficient in stakeholder engagement and communication. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
