Summary: The Delivery Unit Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of multiple IT programs and projects across a portfolio of clients/accounts. This role ensures high-quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery, while also driving client satisfaction, operational efficiency, team development, and revenue/margin growth. The DU Lead acts as a senior point of escalation and ensures alignment of delivery with business objectives. Tenured Supply chain project execution experience Roles & Responsibilities: - Strategic Delivery Leadership o Own the delivery of large-scale, complex transformation programs across the portfolio. o Translate client objectives into scalable, outcome-driven delivery models. o Ensure delivery predictability, quality, and compliance with enterprise standards. - Client Partnership & Value Creation o Serve as a senior point of contact for CXO stakeholders, building trust through transparency and reliability. o Proactively identify and address delivery challenges while uncovering growth opportunities. o Drive measurable business outcomes and continuous improvement for clients. - P&L and Operational Ownership o Own delivery unit financials, ensuring revenue targets, margins, and cost structures are met. o Optimize resource utilization, forecasting, and pricing strategies to enhance profitability. o Manage commercial constructs, including contracts, SLAs, and change requests. - Talent and Leadership Development o Lead a high-performing team of delivery managers, architects, and domain experts. o Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. o Champion talent development, succession planning, and capability building. - Growth Enablement & Transformation o Collaborate with account and industry teams to shape and win new business opportunities. o Drive digital and automation initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and client value. o Partner with COEs and innovation teams to embed best-in-class practices and emerging technologies. - Leadership Competencies: o Client Centricity: Trusted advisor with deep understanding of client business models. o Financial Acumen: Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and driving profitability. o Execution Excellence: Strong track record of delivery assurance in high-complexity environments. o Influence & Communication: Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. o Strategic Agility: Ability to pivot quickly and align delivery execution with evolving client priorities. Additional Information: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology; MBA or Executive Leadership Program preferred - Certifications in PMP, ITIL, SAFe, or similar frameworks - Experience across platforms in Supply Chain technologies - Experience delivering projects in Retail, Manufacturing , Cloud environments
