Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects and programs to meet defined business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations and address any issues that arise. You will play a crucial role in aligning project outcomes with organizational goals, facilitating collaboration among team members, and driving the project forward to successful completion. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate project meetings to ensure alignment and progress. - Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress and outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AS/400 COBOL 400 (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IBM AS/400 RPG III. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AS/400 COBOL 400 (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
