Role Summary A seasoned delivery leader with over 18 years of experience in system integration and application outsourcing, responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, GenAI, and AgenticAI solutions. This role demands hands-on technical expertise, strong governance capabilities, and cross-functional leadership across enterprise platforms and stakeholders. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities o Lead full-cycle delivery of AI/ML, GenAI, and AgenticAI solutions including demos, sprint reviews, and deployment planning. o Ensure successful execution of complex AI solutions across enterprise environments. o Manage and mentor a team of 20+ professionals across engineering and operations. o Collaborate with client & internal stakeholders across various Accenture functions to align delivery with business goals. o Oversee licensing, subscriptions, and compliance workflows (e.g., Google & AWS licensing and subscriptions). o Own governance and compliance for data platforms including regulatory alignment, application security, and risk assessment tracking. o Drive adoption of SynOps assets including both voice and non-voice intelligent solutions. o Manage stakeholder communications, reporting, and escalation handling. ________________________________________ Required Skills o Deep expertise in Data Engineering, Governance, and AI/ML solutioning. o Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex deployments. o Strong knowledge of GenAI platforms, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows. o Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. o Familiarity with enterprise AgenticAI frameworks is a plus. ________________________________________ Technical Leadership Requirements o Hands-on experience in either: o .NET / Full-stack development o Python programming o Strong understanding of cloud platforms and architecture (AWS / Azure /GCP etc).
