Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day involves defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. You will engage in strategic planning and problem-solving, ensuring that all aspects of the project are on track and aligned with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong leadership and team management capabilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Experience in utilizing project management tools and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
