Summary: We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, complex, and high-impact technology projects. In this strategic role, you will be accountable for ensuring successful project execution across multiple teams, managing client relationships, and driving operational excellence. You will be a key player in shaping delivery strategies, mitigating risks, optimizing costs, and supporting business growth through innovation and delivery excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in delivery and program management practices. - Drive end-to-end delivery of complex programs while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Complex programs in the areas of OT-IT-ET convergence, ensuring seamless integration of manufacturing systems, engineering platforms, and enterprise IT solutions. - Engage with CXO-level stakeholders, internal teams, and clients to align on program objectives, milestones, and value delivery. - Champion Delivery Excellence frameworks and ensure governance, metrics tracking, and continuous improvement practices are followed. - Actively manage risks, issues, scope, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution. - Enable data-driven decision making by measuring and reporting key performance indicators across delivery portfolios. - Mentor and lead cross-functional teams and guide delivery managers, project leads, and team members to achieve project goals. - Collaborate with pre-sales and account teams to support business development with delivery expertise and solutioning. - Conduct periodic health checks, audits, and retrospectives to ensure long-term delivery sustainability and client satisfaction. - Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and agility within delivery teams Professional & Technical Skills: - Proven expertise in Delivery Excellence and scaling large delivery engagements. - Strong experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, with ability to tailor frameworks to context. - Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, resource planning and contract/SOW governance. - Expertise in stakeholder management, client relationship management, and executive reporting. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams across geographies. - Solid knowledge of quality management practices, risk management, and compliance frameworks. - Ability to assess and resolve program-level conflicts and dependencies. - Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Clarity, ServiceNow, Power BI (for reporting), etc. - Familiarity with the next Gen technologies- AI/ML, Gen AI, Cloud platforms etc. - Understanding of Industrial Automation, PLC/SCADA, MES, and Digital Twin concepts. Additional Info: - B.E. / B.Tech is required. - This position is based at Bengaluru location. - Candidate should have 15 years and above Delivery Experience in Manufacturing/ Engineering domain.
