Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Programming Manager

with strong leadership and operational management skills to oversee

trainers and training operations

. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a

Head of Department (HOD)

and possess the ability to manage multiple training programs, ensure quality delivery, and mentor the trainer team.

Oversee and manage

training operations

across multiple programs. Supervise and support

trainers

to ensure high-quality training delivery. Develop and implement

training schedules, plans, and performance goals

. Monitor the

progress and outcomes

of all training batches. Coordinate with management to

update training content and methodologies

. Conduct periodic reviews, evaluations, and feedback sessions with trainers. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and training objectives. Manage resources, tools, and infrastructure needed for smooth operations. Identify and resolve performance or operational issues proactively.

Required Qualifications:

Ph.D.

in

Engineering discipline

. Minimum

5+ years of experience as a HOD or senior academic/training manager

. Strong understanding of

training operations, curriculum management, and staff supervision

. Excellent

communication, leadership, and decision-making

skills. Ability to handle multiple teams and drive performance improvement.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
