Job Description

Overall Job Summary: The Programming Lead is expected to be a strong in WorkFront and Fusion with 7 or more years of experience in working with tool development, modifications and data management. He/she must be self-motivated, creative, technically astute, and able to coach and develop less experienced team members. The Program Lead role also needs to support, manage and supervise other development work as needed, as well as act as mentor on technology, processes and soft skills for the team. He/she is expected to design, develop, test, debug and document Project Management systems and supporting services to support business needs. Analyzes, reviews and adjusts programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. Provides support for developed solutions. Ability to function as a technical lead by performing task break down on business needs and helping the team self-organize. Main Responsibly: As a Programming Lead you will work as a Workfront Fusion Lead, you will be an integral part of our technology consulting organization that leverages Workfront to drive successful business decisions and digital experiences for our end users. You will be responsible for implementing operating model & workflow transformation initiatives. You will play a critical role in the development lifecycle, designing solutions that meet business requirements, Adobe Workfront Fusion build, and Adobe Workfront configuration. More specifically, you will:

• Create Fusion build timeline & manage stakeholder expectations accordingly
• Design Fusion scenarios based on provided solution design & requirements
• Ensure Fusion feature build is on track with delivery schedule & raise issues or blockers to leadership if otherwise
• Maintain, monitor, & enhance existing Workfront Fusion scenarios
• Assist Workfront Design Consultant in QA & UAT efforts
• Resolve bugs & risks within Fusion scenarios
• Identify opportunities for continuous innovation in process, configuration design, or workflow automation

Experience

Minimum Required:

• Experience with handling data and information in different systems.
• Experience with communication to various levels of hierarchy.
• Experience working with following technologies.

• Workfront and Fusion
• Integration of various tools
• Oracle - SQL
• Spotfire, Power BI and/or other data visualization tools
• MS Office
